Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Associate Therapist

I’m a compassionate, curious, and creative therapist who strives to always see things from varying perspectives. I work from a person-centred, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and feminist lens. I use an eclectic person-centred approach and incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion.

I’ll work collaboratively with you, creating a warm and non-judgmental space that encourages self-exploration and healing. My hope is that through therapy you feel empowered —you feel more sure of yourself, more able to take up space, and you’re able to deepen your understanding of how to meet your own needs.

I truly believe that going to therapy should never be seen as a failure, but rather as an avenue of resiliency and growth.
