Registered Psychotherapist
Clinical Director
HI, I’M HAILEY INGRAM (SHE/HER)
I’m a warm and eclectic therapist who wants you to feel welcomed, safe, and understood in therapy. I truly understand how beautifully chaotic our lives can be. And I’m the first to name just how easily we can get wrapped up in feeling like we need to do more and be more (thanks capitalism!).
Because of this–and a plethora of other societal pressures–we’re oftentimes really good tending to others. My hope is that within therapy I can support and empower you to learning how to prioritize focusing on tending to yourself and your own unique and valid needs as well.
I’m committed to walking through this journey alongside you, honouring your autonomy and resiliency every step of the way. I work from a person-centred, feminist, anti-oppressive, anti-diet, and trauma-informed perspective. I’m queer and trans affirming and welcome folks from any and all walks of life.
i’m passionate about working with…
✷ Recovering people pleasers and perfectionists
✷ Women who are really good at tending to others but not themselves
✷ Anyone actively trying to dismantle hustle culture and the patriarchy
✷ Queer folks navigating relationship dynamics with family members
✷ Adults trying to set boundaries in relationship with their parents
✷ Anyone wanting to explore their needs in their relationship with themselves and with others

InSUrance.
While many extended health insurance plans cover psychotherapy services, Tend Psychotherapy is not able to bill insurance companies directly. It is important that you speak with your insurance provider ahead of time in order to understand your specific plan and eligibility for coverage with a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
